Refund policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Owing to the specialized nature of our products we do not offer any cancellations/refund once an order is placed.

  2. However, if an item is found damaged or incorrect as per our website description, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at care@allthatspuja.com within 3 days of receipt of the product with the following details:

    1. Order number

    2. Full name

    3. Contact number

    4. Email address

    5. Attached images of the defects/damage on the product(s)

  3. Upon reviewing your request, we will intimate you regarding its approval or rejection. If approved, we will pick up the products(s) within India, for deliveries abroad you would have to ship the product(s) back. Upon receipt of the product(s) our team will once review the product(s) and if found damaged/not in terms of the website description, we will provide you store credit/replacement, in respect of such product(s).
  4. We will initiate the store credit or replacement process only if the product(s) received are in their original packaging with their seals, packaging and labels intact. If we are unable to replace the product for any reason, including availability of stock, we will issue you store credit in respect of such product(s).

  5. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at our sole discretion. On any such cancellation we will refund the amount paid to us within 7-15 business days back to the original mode of payment.

  6. This policy can be changed at any time at our sole discretion.
