Shipping policy

We are pleased to inform you that we offer shipping across India! All That’s Puja is devoted to delivering its products in prime condition to your doorstep. We ship our products through the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure the quality of your orders is preserved, we have partnered with reputed and trusted courier companies only.Β 

  1. Product delivery status details will be available on once the product has been dispatched. Customers will also be intimated via email once their order has been confirmed and is dispatched.
  2. In case the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver the product(s), in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be given. However, we will attempt one more time to deliver the product after the customer provides us with the proper address, the customer will have to pay for the additional shipping charges.
  3. If there are any delays in product shipment, we will inform the customer with updates on new dispatch timings and details on their registered email id.
  4. We have FREE shipping pan India on prepaid orders.
  5. In India, for orders upto a maximum limit of INR 10,000 we offer an option of cash on delivery, chargeable at INRΒ 250 per product.Β 
  6. All orders within India are attempted to be delivered within 5 to 9 business days from confirmation of the order.
  7. Within India, we also provide an express delivery option, subject to availability of stock, at an additional charge of INR 250. Express delivery will be attempted to be delivered within 2 to 4 business days.Β 
  8. Shipping timelines are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, festivals, delays from shipping service providers/logistics providers, and/or any other restrictions laid out by the authorities from time to time. Estimated shipping timelines mentioned herein are to be used as a guide only.
  9. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
  10. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  11. For Indian customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
